Find your inner peace and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday study and life.

Join us for a special series of monthly mindfulness workshops, led by Myall Wellbeing.

In each workshop, we'll be focusing on ways to identify the body's responses to stress and how to recognise your own emotions.

In order to help students deal with stressful thoughts and distractions, the workshop will introduce and delve into:

  • Mindfulness concepts
  • Guided breathwork
  • Basic meditation

To finish off, the workshop will conclude with calming, chest up yin poses for students to fully embrace their vulnerability, openness and confidence.
