It goes without saying that a good, deep sleep can do wonder for a person's physical and mental wellbeing. This workshop will explore the ritual of sleep, and how best to achieve peaceful and nourishing sleep that will help you be at your best for work, study and play.
This free one-hour workshop is presented by Myall Wellbeing and Yoga Studio.
