Join us at the StudyPerth Student Hub for weekly Mindfulness Monday sessions, which will help participants become more mindful and present in their day-to-day life.
This free wellness class will be facilitated by Myall Wellbeing & Yoga Studio.
Date: Mondays in August and October (commencing 10 August; ending 26 October) - see schedule below.
Times: alternating per week between 10.00am - 10.30am, and 3.00pm - 3.30pm. See schedule below
Venue: StudyPerth Student Hub – basement level, 191 St Georges Terrace, Perth
What to bring: You must bring your own towel. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it with you as we only only limited mats available.
While these are free events, we do ask you to register your attendance so we know how many people to expect in the class.
